Privacy Policy

Account Data. When you register, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials managed through our secure auth provider (Better Auth). We do not store plaintext passwords.

Usage Data. We automatically collect log data including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, and feature interactions. This helps us monitor performance and improve reliability.

Research Queries. Questions you submit to the property law assistant are processed by our AI pipeline and temporarily stored to generate your response and maintain conversation history. You may delete your conversation history at any time.

Payment Data. We do not directly process payment information. Credit transactions are managed through our credit system. No financial instruments are stored on our servers.

We use collected information to: (a) provide and operate the Platform; (b) authenticate your identity and manage your session; (c) process AI research queries via AWS Bedrock; (d) generate market statistics and price reports; (e) monitor system health, detect abuse, and ensure security; (f) communicate service-critical updates and respond to support inquiries; (g) comply with applicable laws and regulations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.

AWS Bedrock. Research queries and language tasks are processed by Amazon Web Services Bedrock under AWS's data processing agreements. AWS does not use your data to train its foundation models.

Analytics. We may use anonymised analytics tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) to understand aggregate usage patterns. These tools may set cookies on your browser.

Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Conversation history is retained for 90 days by default and can be deleted by you at any time from within the platform. System logs are retained for 30 days. Generated PDF reports are purged from storage within 7 days of generation.

We use strictly necessary session cookies (“better-auth.session_token”) to authenticate your account. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies beyond anonymised analytics described in Section 3. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this will prevent you from logging in.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for all data in transit, encrypted database connections, IAM-scoped AWS service roles, and session token expiry. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) request correction of inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your account and associated data; (d) object to or restrict certain processing; (e) data portability where technically feasible.

The Platform is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
